Paired with Dressed Like Wolves' Big Pool, ‘Six Nights’ will be released with a limited run of 7” singles via Teesside labels Spooker Rekkids and Butterfly Effect.

Beginning life as a Christmas gift written by Jon for his wife Lucie, he ended up taking the song to the rest of the band who put their spin on the song, fleshing out Jon’s raw, open songwriting with warm, expansive arrangements.

‘Six Nights’ is a rare autobiographical turn from Nel Unlit, while typically writing intricate concept records with rich characters and story arcs, this between-albums single has allowed Jon to turn his storytelling eye onto himself, his marriage and his home life. ‘Six Nights’ conveys the beauty and true partnership of a marriage in it’s brief two minutes with humour, compassion and unabashed romance.
